How terribly scary. I am so glad that he seems to be better - I hope you are too. When Rubie was sick and in the hospital, I had a terrible cold as well and I just cried the whole time. I couldn't help it with all of the hormones, feeling terrible and then she was just lying there being poked and prodded, like you said. I was so happy to hear about your family and cute friends coming over to your aid. It seems like you guys are the ones always doing that kind of stuff!Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00420740148500455219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6673564.post-71073512407536721002008-02-29T14:58:00.000-06:002008-02-29T14:58:00.000-06:00Yikes! I am sorry about your scare, but so happy that Eli is back home and seems to be doing better. What a cute little guy, even when sick. Hope you feel better soon, also, Sarah. Last year at this time we ended up in the hospital with Ethan for the same thing and I've been a nervous nelly every time he gets a cough since then. And it's so hard to get any sleep when the baby is sick, and that's what you need the most. I'm so glad you've had friends and family to help you out.Hillaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13576497049916908678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6673564.post-67726243116451733742008-02-28T16:49:00.000-06:002008-02-28T16:49:00.000-06:00Wow, Sarah, that's a horrible story! I can't even count the number of times we went to Evanston Hospital ER and had the SAME treatments. Both kids were admitted and had to sleep in those "cages"---so sad. Do you have your own nebulizer at home now? They're nice to have on hand once you know your child is prone to that sort of thing. Good luck getting some rest and recovering! :-) Spring is just around the corner, right?!?Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05801327346558781802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6673564.post-60594134789422587132008-02-28T15:43:00.000-06:002008-02-28T15:43:00.000-06:00Oh Sarah! And poor, poor Eli! I always feel so badly for my kids when they're little like that and can't breathe right. Here's to hoping you and your little man feel better ASAP!Will and Natalie Giddenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06265936491504546434noreply@blogger.com
