A few Saturdays ago, we drove over to the nearby park that stocks fish in its little pond.
Charlie was a handful and almost fell in at one point. I spent most of the time chasing him around, preventing him from climbing over the railing to go into the water.
Eli caught a fish!
A friend Jack and his dad Mark joined us after a little while. This was their first time fishing, and Jack caught a fish! He was excited, but a little scared too.
Here’s Mark’s first fish! As you can see, there aren’t very big fish in this pond :) But it’s still fun to catch and release them.
After some fishing, the boys played on the playground.
I think this photo is sweet with Charlie sweetly looking at Jack.
